Unable to luanch a boat due to low water levels for 2011 season
3-31-11 Lake is open but very low. Boat ramp is completely exposed and is closed.
10-12 Reports are the pike fishing is getting really good. The lake is super low and is only open through the end of the month!
8-12 Heard of some awesome fishing for northerns in 30' of water just last week!
7-26 Fish are DEEP and moving SLOW! Give a couple weeks and things should start to pick up.
6/9 HOLLY MOLLY! Can you say 30 fish days!! Pike fishing is hot hot hot!
5/11 Had a report today of a 46" pike coming out. YIPS! Good Walleye action as well.
4/18 Sanchez is OPEN! As of tax day, Sanchez is ready to fish. We hit it Saturday the 17th. Water is cold and the level is down. We only had one real strike all day but it was a monster. Just a reminder, make sure you change your line at least annually, and check your friends line too. It cost us a big, big, fish.
