Ryan is a lifelong outdoor enthusiast. Born and raised in Colorado, he's spent his life hunting, fishing and enjoying the Rocky Mountains. Ryan spent many years as freshwater fishing and western big game hunting guide and is using this platform to share his experiences and knowledge with you. He hunts multiple big games species across the Western United States every year with his true passion being Mule Deer and Elk.

Ryan has also shot in the pro divisions of the National Field Archery Association and Archery Shooters Association and hasn't missed a fall of western big game hunting since he was old enough to go. He currently coaches youth archery and trap shooting will making a living a Real Estate Appraiser. He spends many cold winter nights officiating High School Basketball to keep in shape for fall. A life member and measurer for the Pope and Young Club as well as other outdoor conservation organizations.

Ryan's greatest joy in life is his wife and three children who have supported and shared his mountain lifestyle from the very begining. Ryan lives by the moto God, Family, Hunt and hopes this blog helps you get the most out of all three.
